Cases we take
Car accidents
Rear-end crashes, T-bone collisions at intersections, and wrecks caused by drivers on their phones. We get the crash report, the 911 call, and traffic camera footage before it gets erased.
Learn moreTruck accidents
Commercial trucks carry federal rules on driver hours and maintenance. We send preservation letters fast so the trucking company can't lose the logbooks or the black box data.
Learn moreWrongful death
When negligence takes a family member, Georgia law lets the family recover the full value of that life. We handle the case so you can focus on your family.
Learn moreDrownings and pool accidents
Apartment complexes, hotels and private pools must keep gates, fences and lifeguard policies in order. We look at inspection records and how the property was run.
Learn moreDrunk driving and dram shop
Georgia's dram shop law can hold a bar responsible if it knowingly served someone who was visibly drunk and about to drive. We look at receipts, video and staff schedules.
Learn moreSlip and fall, unsafe property
Stores and landlords must fix hazards they know about. Spills, broken stairs and poor lighting at night all count. Photos taken right away make a big difference.

How it works
What happens after you call
- We listen. A free, private review of what happened. Most calls take 20 minutes.
- We lock down evidence. Crash reports, video and witness names, before they disappear.
- We deal with the insurance company. You stop taking their calls. We take them.
- We push for full value. Medical bills, lost pay, future care and pain. If they won't pay what's fair, we file suit.
Common questions
How much does it cost to hire you?
Nothing upfront. We work on a contingency fee, which means our fee is a percentage of what we recover. If we don't recover money for you, you owe us no fee.
How long do I have to file a claim in Georgia?
For most personal injury and wrongful death cases, Georgia gives you two years from the date of the injury or death. Some claims against government agencies need notice much sooner, sometimes within six months. Call us early so you don't lose your rights.
The insurance company already called me. What should I do?
Be polite, but don't give a recorded statement and don't sign anything until you've talked to a lawyer. Early offers are usually far below what a claim is worth.
Will my case go to trial?
Most cases settle. We prepare every case as if it's going to trial, because that's what gets insurance companies to pay a fair settlement.
